Welcome to HOPE! If you are embarrassed about your eating or drinking habits, then I want to encourage you to let that go. Instead, open yourself up to new possibilities. FACT: if you had grandparents or parents who had a love affair with sweets and/or alcohol, you are NOT the problem. Your struggle to put the brakes on sweet things has to do with how your brain handles sugar differently. Have you ever wondered why some walk right by what you struggle to not put in your mouth? ANSWER: because they do not have the same genetic pre disposition to sugar.

I love to give HOPE and remove confusion and self-condemnation.
