Procurement FAQ

1. Is this a clinical or therapeutic program?

No.
This program is educational and skills-based, focused on physiological stress awareness and self-regulation. It does not provide therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or emotional processing.

2. Does this require emotional disclosure from participants?

No.
Participants are never required to share personal experiences or emotions. Training emphasizes physical sensation awareness and practical regulation skills, which are appropriate for institutional environments.

3. How is this different from resilience or wellness training?

Traditional resilience training often focuses on mindset or coping strategies.
This program focuses on early physiological stress detection and nervous system regulation, which improves safety, decision-making, and sustainability without placing responsibility solely on the individual.

4. Will this disrupt operations or workflows?

No.
The program is designed for minimal disruption. Tools are short (1–5 minutes), discreet, and compatible with clinical, custodial, and classroom settings.

5. Is this evidence-informed?

Yes.
Content is grounded in established neuroscience, stress physiology, and nervous-system regulation principles. The approach aligns with best practices in high-stress, safety-sensitive environments.

6. How is effectiveness measured?

Measurement options may include:

  • Participation and completion rates

  • Self-reported stress awareness and regulation capacity

  • Reduced absenteeism, turnover, or incident indicators (where data is available)

Metrics are aligned with existing institutional reporting frameworks.

7. Is this scalable for large systems?

Yes.
The program is modular, LMS-compatible, and supports train-the-trainer capacity for internal sustainability.

8. Why is the “Reconnecting with the Body” module optional but recommended?

Organizations vary in readiness and scope.
This module improves uptake and effectiveness of regulation tools by strengthening early stress awareness, particularly in high-stress or safety-sensitive environments.

9. Does this increase institutional liability?

No.
The program explicitly maintains scope boundaries and avoids therapeutic intervention. Content is delivered using non-invasive, low-risk educational practices.

10. Can this be customized by sector or population?

Yes.
Language, examples, and delivery format are adapted for medical, penal, and educational environments while maintaining core program integrity.
